Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions and process for returns and refunds at Hubholo, operated by The Lead Empire L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@hubholo.com. Once confirmed, you must return the product within 14 days.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories
• Not be a product excluded from the right of withdrawal (see section 5)

3. How to Return

1. Contact us at info@hubholo.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

5. Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
• Perishable goods or items that deteriorate rapidly
• Personalised or custom-made products
• Hygiene products once unsealed

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping. Please include photos of the issue.

7. Refund Processing

Since all orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued via bank transfer. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and confirming the returned item.

8. Cancellations

To cancel an order before dispatch, contact us immediately at info@hubholo.com. If already shipped, follow the standard return process after delivery.
