This Shipping Policy explains how Hubholo (operated by The Lead Empire L.L.C-FZ) handles order dispatch, delivery times, and shipping conditions for customers across Europe.
We currently deliver to countries across Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately we cannot ship to it at this time.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery typically takes between 5 and 12 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and the courier service used. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
All orders are paid in cash directly to the courier at the time of delivery. No advance payment is required. Please ensure you have the exact amount available when your order arrives.
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide tracking information (where available) by email or SMS.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@hubholo.com as soon as possible.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or repeated absence, the order may be returned to us. Please contact us to arrange a new delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, customs delays, strikes, or public health emergencies.
